A defense lawyer for Seneca and one of its employees is scheduled next week to move in a Pickens County courtroom for a dismissal. It’s the damage lawsuit for plaintiff Hailey Younger against Donald Lee White and City of Seneca. It’s a case with allegations arising from a Clemson traffic accident involving a car and a city of Seneca truck. Before Judge Morgan Tuesday, February 3, defendants’ attorney Daniel C.
