The latest inspection highlighted a leadership team that "enabled a change of culture that has improved experiences for most children". ‌The current leadership team within children’s services had a “clear grip” on the issue and providers were being actively encouraged to register accommodation, and additional funding had been secured alongside commissioning arrangements.
