In front of their hometown fans, the Brenham Cub Soccer Team came through with a 2-1 victory over the Montgomery Bears last (Wednesday) night at Cub Stadium. Isaac Garcia scored both goals for the Cubs, one of which came off of an assist from Chris Calix. The win improves Brenham to 4-6 overall, and 1-1 in district. Meanwhile, the JV won their game also. The JV play at 5pm, while the Varsity plays at 7pm.
