Kenneth “Danny” Hess, 66, of New Point, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2025. Born in Greensburg, Indiana, he was the beloved son of Charles and Alice Oliphant Hess. He is survived by his loving wife, Jama Hess; children Shawntae Hess, Stacy Hess, J.D. Hess, and Riley Peterson; grandchildren Xavier Sweet, Zyan Sweet, Brianna Peterson, Damion (Breanna Powers) Peterson, Lilly Cook, and Tristan Hess; great-grandson Malikye Peterson; sisters Maxine Wilhoit and Chloe (Richard) Delay; and sister-in-law Jewelene Hess. Danny was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Alice Hess and brothers Brian and Gary Hess.
