Insured losses from a series of Victorian bushfires have exceeded 200 million Australian dollars ($141 million), according to the Insurance Council of Australia’s first estimate, Insurance News reported. More than 3,120 claims have been filed across property, motor, commercial and business interruption lines, with about 30% of property claims expected to be total losses.
