A fire broke out Tuesday at the five-star Les Grandes Alpes hotel in an exclusive French town that forms part of the high-end Courchevel ski resort, Euronews reported. The fire spread to a nearby residence and has since threatened to spread to the neighboring Le Lana hotel. According to French media, about 270 people were evacuated as firefighting operations continued Wednesday.
