Radio & Television Business Report
It’s a transaction that first gained radio industry attention in August 2025.
Now, the deal is complete, putting K-LOVE in Milwaukee-Racine with the acquisition of two FM radio stations that are shifting from respective commercial formats to non-commercial Christian music brands.
WLDB-FM 93.3 and WLUM-FM 102.1 have officially been sold by the Milwaukee Radio Alliance, led by acting CEO Diane Sutter.
When the deal was first announced, it gained industry attention for the valuation placed on the sale.
As of today, the former Adult Contemporary WLDB is now home to Christian Contemporary K-LOVE, while WLUM is now Worship Music brand Air1.
