The 42-year-old has already pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a victim under 16 years; and two counts of having sexual intercourse with a child, which will be prosecuted by the NSW Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in the NSW District Court at a trial in May. Those charges relate to alleged incidents involving a boy aged under 16 in Quirindi in April 2023.
