Kammie S Richardson, 54 of Marietta, was arrested in Rome after reports said she stole a bag of items from a shopping cart at Sam’s Club. Reports said that the bag of items, which was valued at $2,000, was left in a shopping cart and taken by Richardson. Police added that Richardson never took reasonable attempts to return the items to its rightful owner. Richardson is charged with theft of mislaid property.
