Ricky Anthony Tapp, 38 of Summerville, was arrested this week after reports said he caused a drunken disturbance at King Claw on Shorter Avenue. Reports said that Tapp was observed drunk behind the restaurant before he entered through a back door. Reports added that Tapp was observed unsteady on his feet and had difficulty maintaining his balance. Tapp is charged with city drunkenness.
