Punters had been asking questions after The Shed, in May Bank, had been closed over recent days with the shutters down. ‌The Shed Cafe Bar had been founded by husband-and-wife Shaun and Jacqui Davies in 2017 following a £50,000 investment after previously operating it as Marsh Head Cafe. ‌In a social media post to punters, The Shed stated: "The Shed has now closed and the building is currently for sale with the landlords. Hopefully the landlords will sell the building to someone who will continue and take the bar and restaurant to the next level."
