It comes as the latest batch of rubbish dumped in Ball Green has seen a fine dished out. There had been previous incidents on Whitfield Road along with South Street and near the one-time high school off Bemersley Road. Meanwhile Stoke-on-Trent City Council also has re-deployable cameras in its arsenal to tackle litter bugs. ‌The city council became one of the first in the country to increase its charges for environmental crime fixed penalty notices.
