CLOUD (WJON News) -- There is a heavy police presence in north St. The general area is near the St. Cloud Technical and Community College, Northway Drive, and the Veterans Drive area. Cloud Police Chief Jeff Oxton says the preliminary information is that they have responded to a crash where one of the drivers has fled the scene. Oxton says they are looking for a white male with a Carhart jacket and bluejeans.
