After initially announcing the publication’s permanent closure in late 2025, new ownership has saved the Almanac. The deal creates Farmers’ Almanac LLC, a New York–based company formed to continue and support the publication after earlier plans called for it to end following the 2026 edition due to financial pressures. The publication continues that the Farmers’ Almanac has been a trusted resource for more than 200 years.
