A street in Plymouth city centre has been coned off this afternoon. Constantine Road, near Charles Cross Police Station has been cordoned off by officers this afternoon (Thursday, January 29). A witness told PlymouthLive: "Ongoing incident by Charles Cross Police Station. Road sealed off and scene guard in place. "By the back of police station and Constantine Street."
