The A38 has been blocked by a serious crash on the Tamar Bridge. There is major congestion on the Devon Expressway, with the road backed up to Marsh Mills roundabout. National Highways said one lane has been closed: "Lane 2 is CLOSED on the #A38 westbound between the #B3413 and #B3271 near #TamarBridge due to a multi vehicle collision. "DC_Police are on scene. There are currently delays of 45 mins above normal travel time."
