Shreveport Police Department's Property Crimes Unit continues to make progress in their investigation into catalytic converter thefts in the city. These two men were identified and charged with three additional counts of Theft of a Catalytic Converter, bringing charges to:· Quantreven “Tay Tay” Martin- now facing four total counts of Theft of a Catalytic ConverterSPD SPD loading...· Jaricko “Rico” Miller- now facing fifteen total counts of Theft of a Catalytic ConverterSPD SPD loading...Martin and Miller are incarcerated at the Caddo Correctional Center on other catalytic converter theft charges.
