EXCLUSIVE: Mary Stuart Masterson (Five Nights at Freddy‘s) has signed on for a role in Sunny, the mafia thriller from Norwegian filmmaker Eva Sørhaug.
No word on the role to be played by Masterson.
As we reported exclusively, the film is led by Angelina Jolie and will also star Charlie Plummer, Jason Schmidt, and Cliff “Method Man” Smith.
Hailing from Gramercy Park Media, A Higher Standard, and Nickel City Pictures, Sunny follows a female gangster who fights to protect her sons — and herself — from an abusive drug kingpin.
A Higher Standard is handling worldwide sales, with WME Independent co-repping domestic.
