Professional development, leadership and creating career growth in San Diego will be the focus of the 17th annual San Diego Women’s Week Leadership Conference in Rancho Bernardo. “San Diego Women’s Week 2026 brings together professionals from across industries to connect, grow and lead,” said Chris Thorne, CEO of the North San Diego Business Chamber, which organizes the week’s events. “The Leadership Conference is designed to provide both perspective and practical tools that support long-term professional success,” Thorne said. San Diego Women’s Week will begin with its “Elevate & Engage” event from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24 at Viasat, 2456 Town Garden Road in Carlsbad. Tickets to either San Diego Women’s Week event can be purchased through Feb. 20 or until sold out.
