Women’s basketball (12-11, 4-6 Atlantic 10) used a strong fourth quarter to top Saint Louis (11-12, 5-5 A-10), 64-62 on Wednesday night. Reynolds would tie the game at 33 on a three-pointer to open the third quarter, and Saint Louis responded with five unanswered points. Just under four minutes into the fourth, a jumper from Sims put the Revs in front 54-53, but a trifecta of layups and a tip-in gave Saint Louis a 61-54 lead with 2:54 remaining. Out of the break, the Revs forced a turnover, and junior forward Silvia Gonzalez was good from beyond the arc to cut the Billikens lead to two. Lewis’ free throw was good, and the Revs would survive the late push from Saint Louis to take home the victory.
