Officials kept all campuses and centers closed Thursday for a fifth consecutive day as Sunday’s snowstorm continues to disrupt travel in the District.
Officials announced in a message to the community Wednesday that they were shifting in-person courses online for the fourth day in a row, suspending the majority of campus operations.
The Mount Vernon Express and Virginia Science and Technology Campus shuttles will remain out of service, along with SafeRide, per the message.
GW Libraries will remain closed, and most campus events and activities will be canceled, according to the message.
GW was also closed for multiple days after a crippling blizzard dumped 1.5 feet of snow on D.C. in 2016.
