The development will consist of 18 studios, 375 one-bedroom units, 332 two-bedroom units, and 54 three-bedroom units. ‌The new Richmond Village development is being constructed on the site of St. Vincent’s Hospital in Fairview, just over two kilometres northwest of Dublin City Centre. This continues our relationship with Walls Construction following the successful completion of our Shanganagh Castle project.
