Speaking to Pat Kenny, Duffy said the theme was "so evocative" before adding, "I'm surprised they got rid of it." When asked, he quipped: "Yes, I listen to everybody, as you know Pat I don't listen to radio, I monitor radio. When pressed, if he felt it was tough to leave the show after so many years, Duffy said: "No". The top broadcaster also acknowledged he still wished he was on the airwaves, joking: "Instead of shouting at the radio, you'd love to be on the radio."
