The trial of a 57-year-old Derby man who allegedly caused an explosion which destroyed a number of properties in Derby is due to start on Thursday, January 29.
Emergency services were called to Eden Street, in Alvaston, on the evening of June 10, last year, following a number of reports of a blast.
Residents from a string of neighbouring homes had to be evacuated and one man was taken to hospital.
After being arrested and charged, Paul Solway, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to six counts of damaging property with intent to endanger life and six counts of damaging property being reckless as to whether life was endangered.
