Data Systems Analysts appointed John Foley to succeed Frances Pierce as chairman of the board and CEO. John Foley is a seasoned executive and organizational leader who has served as DSA’s president and chief financial officer for more than 15 years. Robert Wheeler was named chief technology and innovation officer and will lead artificial intelligence, digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives. Before joining DSA, he served as chief operating officer of Symbolic Systems for over 20 years. Chris Guyton will serve as VP of intelligence programs, overseeing the company’s intelligence mission portfolio.
