I wish more of our representatives, leaders and everyday citizens were saying what I’d like to say here: shame on Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
A five-year-old preschooler was sent from Minneapolis to Texas with his father, only after he was used as “bait” to allow ICE agents to open the door to his home.
The most abhorrent and sadistic story might be that a group of ICE agents sat down in a restaurant in Minnesota, ate a meal, and then later came back to detain the very people who worked there.
Please take a moment to consider what it feels like to be treated with respect and dignity.
