ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – At least a dozen people are in temporary housing after a fire damaged an apartment complex on Arizona Street. The fire occurred around 6 p.m. yesterday near Gibson Boulevard and San Pedro Drive. Albuquerque Fire Rescue (AFR) reported that multiple units suffered fire, smoke, and water damage. No people were injured, but firefighters rescued a dog, two cats, and two turtles. Residents affected by the fire are receiving assistance and temporary housing arrangements.
