Nigeria’s former Minister of Communications, Major General Tajudeen Olanrewaju (rtd), has reacted to the demise of a Prince of the Royal family of Lagos, Adekunle Ojora. In a personally signed statement Wednesday night titled “The Passage of Otunba Adekunle Ojora”, the former General Officer Commanding (GOC) 3 Division Nigerian Army described the later Prince as a “veteran journalist and boardroom titan”. He said, “The State and, in particular, the Lagos Islanders, have lost a very important elder of Lagos state, a Prince of the Royal House of Lagos, the Elder Statesman, Otunba Adekunle Ojora, the Lisa of Ile-Ife. “Otunba Ojora will be sorely missed where honor, truth, sincerity, principled audacity are valued as the defining bond of our common humanity. “May Allah rest and accept his soul into Aljana fridaus, Amin,” said the Retired General who is equally a prince of Lagos State.
