The Traitors winner Stephen Libby has shared his secret to keeping his cool on the tense BBC drama – and it’s a touching homage to his Hebridean roots. Isle of Lewis native Stephen proudly proclaimed his Celtic heritage as a “coat of armour” following an emotional triumph on the show. And he credits Scottish folk music for keeping him in check for the duration of his run. Speaking to Rolling Stone, he said: “I wear my Hebridean-ness like a coat of armour and we have such a strong connection to music up on the islands, whether it’s Scottish folk music or Gaelic music. “I predominantly listen to Scottish folk music, so I’m kind of a walking cliche of myself,” he told the magazine.
