Bloomington Parks and Recreation, in partnership with the Hoosier Hikers’ Council, is seeking 25 volunteers to assist in vital trail construction and improvements at Griffy Lake Nature Preserve on February 21. The workday, which runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., aims to enhance the preserve’s accessibility and sustainability. Volunteers will meet at the Griffy Lake boathouse before heading out to the worksite.
