The majority of historical and cultural sites in Liberty County will be open free of charge on the Georgia’s Super Museum Sunday on February 8. Most sites on the east end of the county will be open from noon to 4 p.m. while those in downtown Hinesville will be open from 1 to 5 p.m. Fort Morris in Sunbury will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.“There is fascinating history tied to Liberty County,” said Hinesville Historic Preservation Commission Chairwoman Christi Wheeler.
