Cardinal Medical Practice is set to complete a conversion of the Inkerman in Norwich Road into new consultation rooms later this year after proposals were approved by the borough council in November. A spokesperson for NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board, who run the practice said: “The plans for the development of Inkerman to provide new space for the Cardinal Medical Practice are progressing positively and at pace. Last year, Cardinal Medical Practice announced that plans to move into an £8million 'super-surgery' on the former Tooks site would not go ahead.
