The classes are designed for older adults at Millcroft Care Home and are open to local residents and the wider community. Led by instructor Rebecca Watkins from Ebb and Flow, the sessions take place every Thursday from 2pm to 3pm. Lyndsay Sard, home manager at Millcroft Care Home, said: "We’re thrilled to offer these chair yoga classes at Millcroft. "These chair yoga sessions are a fun, relaxed way for everyone to get moving, meet others and enjoy some time together in our community." The sessions are designed to be gentle and accessible, with all exercises performed while seated.
