Samsung’s smart glasses have reportedly been in the works for quite some time. The company now appears to be planning to debut its first smart glasses sometime in 2026. Samsung prepares to enter the smart glasses market with Android XRDuring its recent Q4 2025 earnings call, Samsung shared its plans for Extended Reality (XR) devices for 2026. There’s chatter that Samsung could launch a display-less AI smart glasses model in 2026, followed by an advanced AR version in 2027. Now that Samsung plans to launch AR glasses in 2026, we may see an advanced model sooner than previously expected.
