Police determined through a breathalyzer test that she was under the influence of alcohol, leading to an administrative fine. The court granted an appeal with a suspensive effect, meaning the sentence will not be enforced while the appeal is pending. Her legal team noted that she has already taken steps to compensate those affected for the property damage.
