The shocking incident took place shortly after 10pm on Tuesday at the Wicklow NSPCA centre. CCTV shows two men running to a fence surrounding the centre before violently throwing a Sighthound over it. The NSPCA said the dog had only been neutered earlier that day and was already on pain relief medication. “What is most upsetting is the way the two individuals involved threw the dog, a sighthound, over the fence.
