Glasgow University among Scots unis with 675 sexual misconduct reports in five yearsAt least 675 allegations of sexual misconduct have been made at Scottish universities over the last five years, with Glasgow University recording 109 reports. Glasgow University had the second highest number of reports of sexual misconduct with 109 reports, just behind Edinburgh University which recorded the highest number of complaints with 127 cases, whilst St Andrews received 85. It's crucial that students can identify sexual violence and access accessible, trauma-informed support in every campus in Scotland if they need it." At Edinburgh University, 105 students were named in reports, leading to 47 formal investigations, whilst a further 22 reports involved members of staff. ‌St Andrews University added: "The University of St Andrews was the first in the UK to hold an Emily Test Charter Award.
