Sushi has closed in Glasgow (Image: Google )One of the city's most recognisable sushi restaurants has closed its doors unexpectedly, leaving fans in the dark. ‌The site's closure follows the brand's prominent Princes Street restaurant in Edinburgh, which also shut for the final time at the start of January. ‌The restaurant opened to much fanfare in 2017, when it took over a former Pizza Hut site.
