Pharmacy Times: Pancreatic cancer trials often rely on progression-free survival (PFS) as a surrogate endpoint. With pancreatic cancer, I think it’s important to talk about how patients are often very symptomatic from their cancer. Of course, if you’re controlling pancreatic cancer, patients will feel better, but independent of that, these patients are feeling better and gaining weight. I would emphasize that pancreatic cancer is just the beginning for atebimetinib.
