Police spotted in these rural villages after rise in burglaries

West Mercia Police were in villages like Oddingly, Sale Green, Tibberton and Crowle following a rise in burglaries linked to a red gloved gang.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Whilst you are sleeping officers are on patrol overnight checking in on the rural villages in relation to the burglaries that have been happening.
Jewellery, cash and high-value items are among the items stolen from multiple homes following a string of burglaries across the county.
West Mercia Police believe the burglaries are linked after noting that each individual tends to wear red gloves and a BMW is believed to be linked to the crimes.
The group tend to target rural towns and villages in the surrounding areas of Worcester, Droitwich, Malvern, Evesham and Pershore.
