A number of roads are closed today (Thursday) across Worcestershire after Met Office yellow weather warnings brought heavy rain to the county. The following roads were listed as closed by Worcestershire County Council on Thursday: Eckington Road, Birlingham; C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp; Mill Lane, Hanley Castle; Walcot Lane, Drakes Broughton; The Strand in Bromsgrove (following a collapsed building). Diversions have been put in place. Eckington Bridge (B4080) and Eckington Road are closed between New Barn Road, Birlingham and New Road Junction.
