The upgraded junction when complete (Image: National Highways)For those travelling Northbound, come off the M3 at Junction 9 and turn onto the A34, Winchester Bypass. Follow the A303, passing Popham Airfield, to filter onto the M3 at Junction 8, just before Basingstoke. This would mean coming off the M3 at Junction 8 near Dummer, following the A303, past Popham Airfield, until the Bullington Junction with the A34.
