Jamshedpur, January 29: Tata Steel, in a significant stride towards advancing sustainable steelmaking, today inaugurated the International Conference on Sintering, Pelletizing & Briquetting (ICSPB) 2026 at a hotel in Bistupur. The inaugural function was graced by Chief Guest Chaitanya Bhanu, Vice President, TSJ Operations, Tata Steel, (Chairman ICSPB 2026) who formally declared the conference open. Bhanu, along with Surajit Sinha, Chief Agglomerates and Iron, TSJ, Tata Steel (Co-Chairman ICSPB 2026), Puneet Arya, President PMAI, and Brig Arun Ganguli, IIM Secretary General, participated in the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The proceedings concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Vipul Koranne, Tata Steel, (Convenor of ICSPB 2026), setting an optimistic tone for the discussions and collaborations ahead.
