Essex Police is appealing for any information or dashcam footage after the crash on the A12 close to Sandon Park and Ride, in Chelmsford. The driver of one car - believed to be a black Mercedes – did not stop at the scene following the incident at about 4.40pm last Tuesday. It was reported the Mercedes was driving erratically before the crash. Make a report online at essex.police.uk or call the force on 101.
