A 19-year-old man was arrested in Harlow yesterday on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson and was taken to an Essex police station. The vehicle was previously sold by Sir Keir Starmer and both properties are linked to him. Roman Lavrynovych, 21, of Sydenham, was charged with three counts of arson with intent to endanger life. Stanislav Carpiuc, 26, of Romford, was charged with conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life. Petro Pochynok, 34, of north London, was charged with conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life.
