Jet2 plans to launch a new flight route to the coastal region of Costa de Almeria in Spain at Stansted Airport in May 2027. This comes as the airliner has now officially served 15 million passengers at the airport since its first flight departed for Faro, Portugal, in March 2017. Since then, its continued growth at Stansted Airport means Jet2 has expanded its flying programme to 61 sun, city and ski destinations.
