Officers launched a homicide investigation after reports of a stabbing in the Vanier neighbourhood on Wednesday evening.
Officers started life-saving measures before paramedics arrived.
Paramedics told CityNews the man was stabbed.
This is the first homicide of 2026 in the nation’s capital.
