The Agro-Region group manages 41,000 hectares across four regions in Ukraine and has grain elevator capacities totaling approximately 200,000 tons. In 2023, Enselco separated from Verevsky’s Kernel agroholding and now manages 134,000 hectares in the Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions. The cost for Verevsky to acquire Agro-Region and its assets will be at least $100M.
