TESCOM reaffirms commitment to standard education policy, appeals for cooperation on teachers’ redistribution

The Chairman of the Ogun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Apostle Biodun Sanyaolu, has reiterated the commission’s commitment to the effective implementation of the state government’s education policies.
He made this known in Abeokuta while addressing a group of secondary school teachers from Abeokuta South Local Government Area in the Ẹ̀gbá Division, who appeared before the Redistribution and Review Panel set up to address concerns arising from the recent teachers’ redistribution exercise.
Apostle Sanyaolu, who was represented by the Full-Time Commissioner in TESCOM and Chairman of the Panel, Hon.
“This panel is not meant to intimidate or scare our teachers, but to listen to those with medical or genuine issues for proper consideration,” he added.
AdvertisementThe panel commenced sittings on Tuesday, January 27, and is scheduled to conclude on Friday, February 6, 2026, at the headquarters of the Teaching Service Commission, Block A, State Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
