A landmark property for thousands of daily commuters on one of Cork's busiest routes is up for sale. The historic Viaduct on the N71 - the gateway to West Cork - has hit the market, expected to fetch at least €1.6million. The restaurant was acquired by Cliste Hospitality in 2022, a hotel group with an impressive portfolio across Ireland including the Radisson Blu Cork. And while it was repaired, it closed again in 1961 as the rail services were taken out of West Cork. The recognisable red-brick Viaduct Restaurant and Bar property was originally an inn in the 1990’s.
